Family, friends bid farewell to Salisbury girl

SALISBURY
-- Sarah Haley Foxwell, also known as "Haleybugs," performed in school
talent shows, listened to music, read books, baked cookies, studied for
classes, laughed with her friends, played with her siblings and loved
her Ugg boots.
Nearly 1,000 people attended Foxwell's funeral Saturday at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church in Salisbury. For many, the service offered a chance for the community to learn more about the 11-year-old girl, who was taken from her bedroom and reported missing Dec. 23.
